We are hiring an Operations Officer !

 

EZ Cargo, specialized in international air freight solutions, is dedicated to excellence and innovation.

Located near Liege Airport in modern offices, our rapidly growing team of 20+ professionals is seeking a competent Operations Officer to help us further expand our business.

 

Your Responsibilities :

• Orchestrate air freight shipments and logistics services to ensure exceptional client experiences
• Maintain impeccable quality control and conduct thorough operational assessments
• Work closely with suppliers, handlers, carriers, and agents to streamline and optimize operational flows
• Actively participate in developing strategies that continuously improve our services.

 

Ideal Candidate :

• Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset
• Proven experience in air freight logistics, ideally within an operational setting
• Excellent relational skills, able to manage stress and maintain performance under high pressure
• Commercial acumen appreciated; exceptional organizational skills and comfortable with CRM software in an Outlook environment
• A dedicated team player, ready to embody our values of client satisfaction, ambition, excellence, and expertise.
