As a full-time member of our team, you will be mainly organizing operations such as shipments, air freight transportation and other logistics related services to our clients.
You will also be increasingly involved in developments making our client's experience second to none.
With a strong drive for quality control & assessment, your daily job will consist in:
- Following up on air transactions
- Keeping in constant contact with suppliers, handlers, carriers and agents
- And achieving operational objectives
You are fluent in French and in English.
You have a great sense of relationship and you can handle occasional turmoil.
Indeed, our business means reacting quickly and holding on steadily to potential pressure.
AND, you have a prior professional experience within airfreight logistics (ideally inside the Operations department).
Moreover, your proactivity and your organizational skills are outstanding.
You have a natural knack for administrative execution and you feel comfortable with CRM softwares in an Outlook based environment.
And, on top of it all, you are a true and dedicated team player.
